Digital delivery
There is no physical shipping for digital listings. After a supported payment provider confirms payment, sign in to the account used for the order and open Orders & downloads. A download link is shown only for eligible paid order items with an attached product file.
Pending or missing downloads
If payment is pending, wait for the provider confirmation and check your order status again. If a paid order has no download link, contact support with the order number. Never share your password or payment secrets.
Product licences
Each product page should describe whether the files may be used for personal, commercial, client or extended projects. Unless a product licence says otherwise in writing, do not assume that you can redistribute or resell source files as a standalone product.
Updates and compatibility
Check the product version, changelog, compatibility notes and demo before purchase. Updates and support scope vary by product and should be stated on the product page.
